I added 2 table spoon of molasses into 1 gallon of rain water 2 days ago. temperature was 84/ humidity was 40..... 2 days after i water it these signs appeared on two of my plants but not the rest(only on new growing leaf). i am leaning more on the TOO MUCH molasses. Can anyone give me a hint or tell me what might be wrong???? i added nitrex and calplex about 1 week before my molasses. can this also cause over nute? TY

When i added molasses for the first time i accidently added more than i should have, and molasses being acidic dropped my PH level way low so the plant locked out some nutrients. I had to flush it out with PHed water to make it grow right. So i think you might have over fed it with the molasses and your PH level dropped and is fucking with the plant, thats just my opinion of course.
Honestly this is my 2nd grow. I do not test ph and never have lol. I just watch my plant for signs of discrepancy. I will be testin ph levels now. I use organicare nitrex and calplex nutes every 3 weeks as needed. Then molasses every month. That is it for vegging. Flowering is different. Thanks for you 2 cents
That makes more sense because i added I tsp of nitrex a week before and my plant was coo. It didn't show any kind of signs, only growing. 1 week later I added 2tbsp of earthjuice molasses(6% potash) and 2 days later signs of brown spots and leaf very glossy appeared(growth slowed down as well)... I used a strong dose of molasses to see if it will be coo because 1tbsp was fine in my 1st grow. Thank you for reassuring me that it is or mite be too much molasses. I had a feeling that that could have cause it. Your opinion counts. Thanks boss
