Cops usually confiscate all cash and freeze accounts. Best to let a trusted friend who is not an associate hold your bond or put a lawyer on retainer and let them hold the bail in the same account.

it happens. you should have been around when overgrow got busted. 1000s of people worried if they were going to use the info in the data bases to make busts. no busts. zero!

we're small time hobby growers and we don't deal, the cops have many bigger worries. the dude here who got busted was ALLEGEDLY involved in interstate stuff and large quantities. you wanna push the man, the man will fuck you hard!

the reason that it will cost over $100,000 is that the department of health wants the bussiness/dispenasry to have a $150,000 surety deposit i believe it's called. basically you have to have a bank account w/ $150,000 in it and available and traceable.

12 is 12 they must have roots to be a plant. Does not.matter if they are 10 ft monsters in flower or newly rooted clones.
 
Now if you're a baker & try a bakers dozen, you'd be pushing the law. But then again if you're already too baked , well . . .
