ok, well the same weather system that allows you to harvest at the end of summer allows you to harvest before summer too, probably too late, but if you input the correct lattitude on the graph i linked itll show you daylight hours at dates.

haha ya its a way of getting a sneaky harvest in after xmas,
one thing about outdoors, greenhouse em if you can itll really help we just dont get hot enough to grow good weed naturally
 
that`ll have to wait until next summer to, after spending way more this year than should have, on knocking this house into shape....

might factor in a grow space when building the shed, have foundations dug already for it, floor space will be 15ft by 40 ft lenght

with flir is there a safe way to have an outside grow space?
 
Yes, the trick with flir is heat, flir detects heat. now keeping heat low is one thing, so maybe cfls. or not mh for vegging, good ventalation, but if you had a shed, where all hot air was exhausted through a big vent, similiar to the one a boiler would use then i wouldnt worry, similiarly, if it looks like a boiler ina shed i wouldnt worry.
and anything under 2k watts is mostly ok, and we dont use flir like the americans do

Flir should be the least of your worries. :) Its leccy thats giving people away!!

Also, why don't you consider digging your foundations a bit deeper and having a grow room below ground level, drop a 20ft cotainer down there and your laughing:) And ya get to use CO2!!
 
just the para of it you know, ah its not like i`d ever have more that 4 or 5 plants on the go at a time so wouldn`t be massive eat sig any how, could get away with it looking like a boiler
 
well a 400, plus filters fans and ballast, and what not id say a 400watt pulls 600watts, tahts not including any veg lights/ fans so a 400watt modest setup with cfls id say pulls close to 1k in total. which isnt alot, considering your pc power supply might be 450-650 watts, and a tv would pull more again, i wouldnt be too worried.
I believe its smell, lose lips and rats or other facts ( selling, being sloppy) that gets people caught

Also, if your big into ur cams ive a feeling i know you, prob from forums or meets, mondello, stonies etc etc lol!! Dont want to know for sure but would be involved in the same kind of scene!! Enough said I think!! :)
 
jingle if i were you id feed algamic every watering if using bio grow, keeps you cal/mag in line with what they should be. i used to get def but it all stopped when i used algamic. you could use bioheaven but its just too expensive, also algamic can be foliar fed.

wire, slug pellets, fishing line if theres deer in the area, also go to a barbers and get all their hair "for you chicken coop to keep the fox away"

people talk about double harvests but iv only ever seen it done with auto affie i think, worth a try anyhow with some of the better strain around now.

iv been wondering about power consumption recently and the whole 1k per bedroom rule, a friend has a smart meter and he can see exactly how much he use's, always below 500 unless he uses a drier or dishwasher.
 
hmm is it needed?
we screen to increase canopy space to light coverage, id rather top and train and then let em grow then screen them vert
 
can they not be lst`d around the screen as they grow being wound around it and such?

not that i know about this growing method just seen something about it and was intrested in your opinions
 
tis is why i`m asking?

i had guessed it had something to do with yeild as the light was hanging vertically in middle, with plants around it thus higher penitration or something like that!!!
