Imo T-5s should not be used for flowering...just not enuff light. I'm a cfl grower and I use a 1400w cfl unit in the same space. I've upgraded mine to 2000 watts and use 16 2700 bulbs and 4 6500 bulbs in flower..with bomb results! Oh got my unit from http://www.cfl-growlight.com but I didn't pay the $179 they wanted. Instead I called them and they hooked me up for $159

When I used T5s in veg I used 75% blue and in flower 75% red. I stopped using them to flower because they lack penetration.

T5s are plenty enough light for flowering.

They better be good for that kind of money.
I'm pretty sure that's the most expensive t5 bulb I have ever seen (I haven't been looking for very long, only use my T5 for prop/early veg).

And I mean, it'd be expensive if it were 25 USD, none the less GBP. God damn I hope that's at least 4 pack.

EDIT: You'd probably be better off mixing them up like BigV (I meant Illegal Smile) mentioned, and buying seperate 6500k & 2700k bulbs. That's my 2 cents (keeping in mind I have no idea what I'm talking about, just saying stuff hoping people will set me straight, lol). Either way, It'd probably be cheaper buying seperate 6500k and 2700k bulbs, compared to that dual spectrum deal.

if you're going to flower with them i reccomend some side lighting.

i veg with 50/50 red/blue t5 with fantastic results. i've flowered with them and they will work just not like hid lights. side lighting makes all the difference when flowering with floro lights.

i've only flowered with them twice and i used all bloom bulbs, so i can't really comment on the best combo for bloom.
