DIY cardboard grow box

This is going to take several posts , there is a lot of information as I have been on mj boards for months learning how to design and build a sfe odor free stealth cardboard based grow box .
As I only make $9 an hour and have a family I can never even thing of buying all those premade grow junk boxes .
So I got to work and designed this , made most of it also .

1. SAFETY first , no fires , NO ODOR , simple to build CAN BE TRANSPORTED FLAT then opened up and assembled quickly . A simple cardboard box to put in a closet , sealed with duct tape on the outside for appearance of course .
HOW ? The whole inside is lined with FLOOR TILE then a layer of Mylar , ALL inside corner corner seams are sealed with expanbable foam used for plumbing and electrical hole filling .
Odor free 100 % .
The walls are triple ply cardboard lined with plastic between cardboard layers then tiled for strength .
The roof floor and door are also triple ply and tiled .
When it was done I smiled and simply folded the cardboard into a 18" x 18" x 24" assembled grow box , Mylar lined and tiled for heat resistance , hell the only cardboard you see is the OUTSIDE . A simple moving box put in the closet .
The power cords and fan holes are in the BACK , the side is the DOOR sealed with weather stripping and covered with DUCT TAPE for a airtight seal . Duct tape looks normal on a moving box doesnt it ?

Now that its done I cut hole for the fans IN THE BACK wich is really the LEFT side of the door , the door is on the side , no clasps , no hinges it has one side duct tape hinged . Make sure you put other tape on the edges of the outside so you can add and remove door sealing tape at will wthout ripping the nice cardboard .

You stand in front of it and all you see is a simple cardboard shipping box sealed with duct tape , stealth and odor free thanks to inside tiling of all walls top , door and flloor .
MAN THAT MYLAR is pretty glued to the whole inside . I hate to cut holes with an EXACTO knive for the fans and power cords ! But you gotta put the lights and fans inside , charcoal air filter inside also , extra fan for ventilation and CERAMIC CFL bulb holders to absorb bulb heat .

I looked at a lot of videos on You tube , good shit , ripoff sellers and good and bad ideas , I needed to make the cardboard SAFE so I tiled it with vinyl tiles abou 35 cents each , super cheap to build .
Hell the only cost was the fans , power strip , charcoal air filter , thermo/hydro , ph kit , and cfl bulbs , also the ceramic bases and power cords . Add it all up and I think I did really good for less than 50 Dollars .
Any comments or questions ? I have it folded up coz I am moving in a few months , at the ne place I will fire it up and start my stealth grows with Cheese and Kush indoor feminized seeds I have .
I guess I could dig it up and make some photos of it laid flat so you guys can see how it looks .
Let me know Bros .

Oh the DOOR is the whole side of the box , not some stupid obvious cut outs I have seen people make , all you see is a WALL , not a door .

I've talked about this design in another thread asking others opinions and some people were saying the cardboard would probably rot due to moisture, would just 1-2 plants rot a cardboard box like that?
