Sexing question

i have one plant right now seedling stage is there any way to tell the sex without going into flowering? if so is it possible to cut a clone from a flowering plant? i just want to have a clone going always so i can never be dry this plant is going to be for personal use and i just want to keep it going any ideas?

sexing is done from week 4 onward. it should naturally show at 4-6 weeks if you wish to force it to show induce 12/12 light cycle when the plant is 4 weeks+ it will show within 2weeks :)

so it doesn't have to go into flowering in order to show sex????

If you are familiar with the strain, male plants do grow a little differently.. If half or so appear to be taller, less nodes or nodes spaced further apart than the rest, they are probably males.

an easy technique i learned was clone your plant as soon as you're able then put the clone into flowering to find the main plants sex that way you dont stunt your main plants growth and learn while its smaller
