sooo on to the breakdown..

I have my first selection of males and females from CC's blackwater...I have chosen a indica dom male and females are still in flowering and only in their 5th day..I have a matching female for the male (same pheno) which I'm hoping is a dark purple pheno from the reasearch on the strain I've found the dark purple pheno in very indica dom which I have 2 females matching the descrpition but being F1 seeds its anyones guess until the buds show..my plan here is to lock down this dark purple trait. The true blackwater pheno is sativa in nature and turns purple as the buds mature, the pheno im after is purple right from the start and every bud head to toe is dark purple.

I chose this plant b/c OG is my favorite strain and also a very good medicinal strain as well, and mendo purps is a great everyday smoke so a marrige between the two couldnt be more perfect. I plan to lock the purp down to where atleast 75-80% of the offspring are dark purple and have all of the OG traits...once I have this locked down and a stable IBL, the search continues for a sutable mother from ograskal's fire line. my goal here is to produce one of the most potent purple plants for the michigan med community since MI is huge on purple and most purple strians are lacking in the potency area..

so now that you all know my plan I'll be building a thread probably in the indoor section and also be in here asking the more vet breeders their thoughts and idea's

Well I think I have decided that my next winter grow will be the cross I made Purple Le' Pew (Power Skunk x Royal Pure Kush) and BB's DPQ F2s. I might have to play around with them and do some F2s,F3s and PLP x DPQ...Should be interesting. Here is my cross Purple Le' Pew, 12/12 from seed, CoCo and Smart Pot (X Nutrient Base Lineup) No Cal/Mag at all....

Nice Gen. I am sure we will see them here soon. Update on the Sour Cherry for anyone that's not drooled over her yet....Grapefruit, Citrusy smell with something else in there that I have not quite nailed down. Very late in developing trichs but coming on a storm now, very sticky and resinous. The other phenos are fairly similar, one with same colouring in the calyxes, another large one with same structure (bigger pot basically) but without colouring yet. And another small one with same architecture, smaller pot, not as tall and without the calyx colouring.

Gotta give the credit to my good bru Hemlock! the others involved also get credit of course, Mr West, Highlanders Cave. Thanks guys, it's a nice one, lets hope the smoke is as good, as my good business partner say's, "I don't give a monkeys what it smells like, looks like, let me smoke it then I'll tell you!"

Ahahaha..... So true for most people. I think most of us feel differently lol.

Im a spoiled little brat. If it doesnt taste and smell great Im not going to waste the lung power. The DOG is a great example of my kind of bud, and it packs a punch to boot. A week and a half till I harvest them, cant wait.
