About a month with no correction in Ph and under two three bulb h.o. t8 fixtures

i have a similar problem. beautiful plants. healthy, frosty, strong. by the time they finish drying and curing, the smell is gone. and the high is only half strength. maybe a PH problem. ANY help is greatly appreciated. tired of growing 5 pounds of bullshit every time i harvest. it even has a name..... the invisible. you can see the bud, but can't smell or taste it. its like they're invisible. HELP.
