RIDGEFIELD, Wash. -- When a police officer went to the home of a Ridgefield man who had complained about a neighbor's cat, the officer smelled marijuana.
A drug task force returned with a search warrant last weekend and found 84 plants in a raid on the man's home.
Police Chief Carrie Green said the man learned to be careful what he complains about.
He has a green card, but Washingtons law is fucked. The law here limits you to a "60 day supply", but doesn't identifiy how much that is. On July 1 of this year they are announcing how much 60 days supply is.
