The bigger plant is 17 and a half inches tall and the smaller one is 8 inches tall. Tomorrow I think I am going to go buy a new setup for a flowering tent. Right now. The lights I have on them is not enough to flower. IMO. I am hoping to get a much stronger light for blooming, a new hydro system, and a grow tent. Will let everyone know how I made out tomorrow and will most likely post pics.

I hope yours look as good. My plants are battling a Magnesium deficiency I believe. I have been putting lime in my tap water...causing all sorts of problems for my plants. Probably the reason why they haven't flowered yet.

No, my camera sucks. I have yet to be able to get a close up shot of the spots on the leaves. I might today. If I do, then I will surely post them.

I was just going to say you need a stronger light. One MH for veg and one HPS for flower although you can go from start to finish with either. the MH will keep them short and bushy. next time Im just going to use a 400w MH from seedling. I was reading about a guy that does sea of green that way, no time to veg straight 12/12 from the start and he harvested in 65 days with a decent yeild of 4 o's

I just got a 600hps after trying to use cfls for flowering. Its made a massive difference. Also I build a better enclosure. Kinda like a grow tent but homemade :)

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]At this time, I can't afford to buy a HPS or even MH. I had to cut my losses today and get a 200 watt cfl and a T5 strip light. This is probably a temporary light setup just to add to what I have going now. Right now I only have 3, 26 watt cfls on two plants...way too little. So add a 200 watt cfl and a t5 strip light to that and I think I can do alright. Definitely better than just 3, 26 watt cfls. I also bought a grow tent today. It's on order, along with the lights. I am broke as hell right now so I have no way to purchase any other lights. I am hoping I can somehow come up with the money to get a hps because I know they are best for flowering. By the way mdjenks your buds are looking good.[/FONT]

Try craigslist. You can get stuff cheap there. Check out this listing in my area for a 400 watt HPS ballast for $50 or trade: http://sfbay.craigslist.org/scz/grd/2810532775.html

So I just got done changing the water in my reservoir. I eliminated all traces of lime from my water. I added half strength nutes and ph down and got a ph of about 5.7. Right where I want it at. I am hoping withing a few days my plants recover and then sex. Also the second clone I cut died this morning after 3 days. So I cut another this morning. This time I took the time to do everything perfectly. I have a good feeling about this clone :D I will update with pics and such as soon as I get my camera working. Hopefully later today.

As you can see I have aluminum foil lined against the walls on the inside. I also have a fan circulating air in there. As well as ventilation for air to escape through the back. Only one plant right now to get me started off and get a handle on growing. I plan to keep upping the amount of plants I grow as I get better. Anyway this lovely lady has been growing for a week and 3 days. Here is a picture of what it looks like so far. I will post pictures about every 2 days or so to keep everyone updated.

im on my first grow too man you ahead of met though i just got mine in soil after seeing the root come out looks beautiful man! happy growing!@
