Hope you know you have a 25% chance that they are both males lol

Just saying... But looks pretty cool, like the pictures

You shouldnt need to "turn the lights off for cooling" figure out why its getting hot and solve the problem. The biggest advantage to 24/0 in my oppinion is that you don't have to worry about temperature change once you set it.

Should i even be worried about 25%, and what makes you say so?
I'm not saying worry about it I'm just saying in 2 months time you may find out that both of your two plants are male...

Every marijuana seed(except for those chemically treated to make them feminized) will have a 50% chance of being male or female. If you had just 1 seed you would have a 50% chance of getting a female. If you have 2 seeds you have a 75% chance of getting a female. If you have 3 seeds you have a 87.5% chance of getting a female. 4 seeds= 93.75% 5 seeds equals 96.875%

The more seeds you have the better chance you have of getting a female

Yea, i was thinking of LST but when i tried to bend the stem it was really hard (pretty thick for size too) so i think LST is going to be impossible.

Yea i was aware when I chose the bag seed, of this problem, there is always a chance but all i can do is hope for the best. :)

How old are they? what have you been feeding them? They look either defficient or nute burned(i thnk its deficient)

Do you have a ppm meter? Do you have a pH meter?(oh wait probably not because I see a colour test kit)

I planted around christmas day

Been feeding since second week with fox farms grow big, feeding was light for the first week then reg. dose afterwards. Coco is completely neutral 0-0-0, Ph is neutral (brand new) and it provides nothing, but medium for growing, thats why people use it with hydro. but worker at my hydro shop said it would work fine for just soil.

no meters

I would say randomly turning the lights off at random times just for heat probably isn't the smartest idea. Figure out the time of the day heat is an issue and get a timer to turn them off at same time every day. I would imagine that the random light schedule would be a good way to get hermaphrodites.

another option is to just unscrew a light for a bit that way theres less heat but not messing with light schedule

leaf problems.jpg
came home from work and saw that my lights were on top of my plant -_- (DAMN you cardboard and duct tape)

got the lights fixed now but as you can see a part of the leaf is broken, this happened when i tried to see if the part of the leaf was still alive and sadly it was not. Hopefully this isnt too big of a problem.

Also I was finally able to get a good pic of the leaves that were looking off, they have black and yellow spots, What is this and how can it be fixed.

Don't worry about it bro. I'm growing 2 bagseed right now and they both turned out female.
Put some books or something under yo babies so they can be as close to the light as possible. Than just pull em out as they grow.
