If youre doing 12/12 the whole time then running the lights at night time and off during the warmer part of the day could help bring the temps down a little bit.

Good point Mafia, I was running mine at night mostly cause of those damn smart meters and their peak times, and i'm a night owl. lol But the temps being down cause of the outside temps is great, right now it's cold here either way but in the summer this will surely benefit me.

imho the problem is your blowing the warm air out of the grow space into the place you should be pullin the cooler air in from you either need to pull cool air in from outside or blow the hot air outside, your setup sounds similar to mine but my extractor with 4" rhino filter goes out a vent in the roof while pullin in air from the bedroom i can always open the bedroom window to let more cool air in if grow space gets too hot. i hope this helps as i struggled to maintain temps on my first grow but seem to have it down now.

forgot to mention also that at one point i added an intake fan it didnt really affect temps but did make whole flat stink of weed
Yea that's a perfect example of why negative pressure is best, you can still add intakes fans but they better be pushing in less air then is getting sucked out.

Thanks for all the advice!! :D

well to keep it simple im going to rework the exit for the hot air and add an active intake to see if that works first.
this will be done when the damn new fan arrives.

exhaust fan moves 295 m3/hr (-20% for filter) so about 236 m3/hr.
the intake fan has a low setting of 180 m3/hr.
so -56 m3/hr difference. is that enough negative pressure?

thanks again.

Sounds like your well on you way to success, you should know if you feel air going into any holes or cracks around or coming out of em, light a lighter near the vents to see if the flame is being drawn in or flickering about that's how i tell, just make sure not to close to the nylon sock filters  didn't think it was gonna suck the flame in that far lol now they're holy

bigger fan....passive intake is fine ..., me ,I would keep it the same if u like it for whatev. reason....just a way bigger fan to extract the heat....a dual 400 dont put out much heat ,but Your space is very small.... as for the filter it works sorta based on resistance, and the older it gets the worse the prob becomes.....I use heppa filters on all my passive intakes (no dust in my stash)...and only use output fans.....ufo style inline....they the shit!
