I got and forgot about this when I was looking for my calculator lol. I usually use soil (Humboldt Nutrient's Soil) but...Nice, very nice...that's a beautiful plant. R u using coco?
I ordered some coco yesterday to experiment with!!
I think I got a lot of it though (I'm not sure how 52 liters of coco and soil compare), but buddy at the grow store said it should fill 12 five-gallon buckets!! And it's less than 1/2 the price of a 3.8ft[SUP]3[/SUP] bail of the soil I normally use, which will only fill 8-9 five-gallon buckets!
-I think I saw where you said something about coco needing to stay at a pH of 5.8? Is this because it's considered a soilless media? I've also read that coco is more like hydro than soil. Does the coco just act as a "base" for the roots to hold onto (like the little pellets in a full-blown hydro system)?
