We need to know what kind of bugs you will have to take a picture of the plant so I can see the damage. cut a piece of cardboard a little bigger than your pot or a bucket lid you want to make a cut half way through with a hole in the middle so it will fit around the plant and cover the pot. Take it to the shower and flip it upside down and wash the underside of the leafs gently rub each leaf and stems stalks everything. after you wash the bugs off you will need to treat them with something.

There are some white dots. I received the plants from a friend he said the dots were from pesticide or something he sprayed on them. the only pic that contains the bug is the pic with the thumb in it :)

Might be thrips. Get some go-nates and mix it with your water. Looks also like your buddy dosnt know much and passed you mites. I use mighty wash for that. Yes I know it mostly water but I still can't belive it works. Don't know how and don't care, it works for me lol

If you find webs do what i said and take them to the shower and flip them upside down and wash the undersides of the leafs because that's ware they like to live. use cold water. I would flower soon being three foot they will end up six foot when done.Your room in contaminated now and if you dont get rid of them they will keep coming back.

Can these things live in cold conditions? I just build this room in my garage over the last few weks and its dead winter here. my entire grow room is surronder by walls that on the other side the temp is less then 40..... could they have been living in my garage at 30-50 degrees and got in the room once it heated up?

12 big plants will use a lot of mighty wash and it will get real expensive. I used a quart costed 16 dollars and got 4 three foot plants done.

Or maybe the better question is if I can get them out of the grow room do I need to worry about them migrateing to the garage the only entrance to the room is thru the garage as the i just put a wall in the middle of the garage and called it a room :) its 24 degrees outside the room right now.

yes two spotted mite can winter over. cold temps will make them dormant and slow them down. if I were you I would get them in the garage and shopvac every inch of that grow room. then use strong bleach water to wash it down this should take care of the room its self.
