Temps range from 61f to 75f, humidity tops at 60, usually around 52.

What's your nutrient formula? Can you list what the ppm & ph of the water you're using? Is water RO? If so, are you using cal/mag?

I use OT Bloom and now Grow, no idea what the ppm or ph is, I only know the ph of the water which is around 6.8 before nutes, but cause I am using organic I heard it will buffer. No RO water, no idea what cal/mag is, I dosed with epsom salts not long ago though.

You should get a ph tester, even the cheap strips are much better then guessing. I've never used OT, so I can't say how much it buffers, but I do use Botanicar Pure Blend, also organic, and it knocks ph down as low as 4.2 when first added! You're soil will also buffer, but it's best to know what the ph of the water w/nutes are before adding.

do you use straight tap to water them? if so I would recommend at the very least letting it sit out for a few days in a bucket if you have chlorine in your water it will off-gas it. If you have chloramines/fluoride and such you really need a Reverse Osmosis Filter. If you are using clear clean water your PH should not matter in an organic grow, as long as your micro herd (bacteria and fungus) is working out in the soil.

Using straight tap can cause these problems by completely killing off your bacteria and fungus, and then if you are adding molasses or something similar it does not break down. This leads to worse nutrient uptake because of sugar deposits, and less water penetration through the soil. Lockout can occur if the microherd is dead and your PH is way off, but if your actively pushing a herd with nutes and clean water you should never have PH problems.

I usually let the water sit out for 2 days before watering, not sure about the chloramines/fluoride but I have 2 Blue mystics, and only one showing symptoms, however it seems to be spreading to the other plant so I was thinking it might be a fungus :S

I hope my bacteria aren't dead, they are well cool :(

The brown sploddgy leaves on the top are getting bigger and many many more leaves have been affect, I dropped the RH from 55-45 ynight, so not sure if that could give people clues as to what it might be, like cause it has spread faster.

I know very little about the organic stuff but my vote is too acidic. Everything was great, and they look it, now at 4.5 wks the build up is starting to show. You said "and now grow" , which would drive your ph down even more.
Lastly in flower I shoot for 6.8, with the addition of nutes on top of that you could be down as low as 5. Those dam ph meters come with their own set of issues & chemicals, the liquid test kits are all i've ever used.
Don't think it's temp or Rh cause your numbers are better than mine. Even if my ph numbers are worthless to an organic grow the idea seems possible. Bet your runoff is Marygold yellow & we're look'n for more of a sandalfoot brown.

THis could very well be the issue, but I might have messed up seriously then as I fed today with full nutes :( I checked ph runoff and it is 5.5 or lower according to my strips. EKKK. I can't flush either as it is a scrog, but next watering I might just use water with some potassium bicarb to push the ph back up slowly.

Not sure if this is important, but it is mainly happening on the upper set of fan leaves of each cola, upper/middle not the bottom.

IF....if acid is the issue every second counts. Additives are up to you but I bet your tap is 7 or above, that should be fine to bring up ph with a flush.
If it were my problem i'd flush with 7.0 water til 6.0 came out, not a ton cause their not gonna like the swing, then slowly raise ph in 2 or 3 steps with normal watering habits.
Too late for the vegetation but if that's your problem your buds will take off again. Might talk to an organic person........i could sink your grow! At wk. 5 you could be losing 1/8 a day or more.
Come on Burnt baby.......................do sompm!

Strange things are happening, seems as if whatever it is, is spreading from 1 plant to another, not sure if they both have low ph or mag def in both. But it is moving across the room almost systematically from the right of the tent to the left, which makes me think fungus, but ill start the flush next watering as I need to let the water sit.

Take a look at my Fall crop. Just for something to do I cut nutes 1 mo. b4 harvest, you can see deficiencies accross the spectrum, but the bud is full & thick because I kept the ph up. That Jock will flat knock you out of the saddle.
Great......now i'm jones'n.
