now, they estimate these 980 pounds to be worth $3.9 million dollars, which is laughable.

spirit of the law versus letter of the law.

according to the letter of the law, doing 66 in a 65 is "speeding".

if you have driven the interstate highway, you know that the letter of the law is not enforced, but rather the spirit of the law. i recently passed numerous CHP officers doing 9 over. none of them bothered with me.

if you read the officer's affidavit, he was put off by the man's behavior.

we dont know if it was mexi brick. if it was good medicine grade, 4k per lb is believable, and would = 3,920,000

the one thing i find strange is that cannabis usually moves west to east, since the prices are higher out east.

but meh, if u have a half ton of cannabis in the car, then you do 65mph in a 65zone. u dont do 70, or 66, or anything else. you stay under the limit, 60-65.
