Pretty sure the Cops Just Flew Over my friends house, invite em in?

hey all, my friend has 14 in flower, and pretty sure the neighbors have heard something by now. They are 2 weeks in and pretty bushy. Anyway, in WA state, they can come in and take whatever they want apparently, and also arrest him, even with proper documentation. He talked to his lawyer today and they said to call him if he had any troubles. Wondering if it might just be better to call the cops and invite them in to show them what he has...?

I don't know anything about Washington cannabis laws but it sounds like his has a medical card and the last thing I would do is invite them in.
Keep an extra ear and eye out and have him go about his business, the less they know the better IMO.
