There is one thing to remember: police are professional liars, that's one of the reasons they're called pigs.

They lie on ALL police reports, it's part of their job, and the basis of their corruption.

doesnt matter she was on a school campus. its still illegal. but u still may be able to get the charges dropped with it not being her car since she didnt drive.

what do checks and balances have to do with anything in this topic?
checks and balances exist between branches of government, not between the courts and the cops.

Police and Judges are in this category, and are supposed to keep each other "In Check" :dunce:

The function of police clearly lies in the domain of implementation of law. Therefor it is best for the police to be considered part of the executive branch of government.



And this was an international description.
Not JUST America. But they are executive in America also.

If the wallet was noton her person but found in someone else's car, can they even proove that someone else did not maybe put it in there, or that she had any knowledge of what is in her wallet that was left in a friend's car?

When I was 14 I got caught with an oz and a half and plead guilty had to write an essay and 30 hours community service a month off school. I love Canada
