ARIZONA CANNABIS SOCIETY LLC is just that, an LLC. Now, if you know anything about structuring an LLC there are several ways to do it. We won't get into this portion as it is irrelevant to the conversation and the question you seem to think you are OWED an answer to. The TRUTH that you keep asking for is public record and easily obtainable. Since you however are the laziest (and loudest) RIU troll I have seen in some time, I'll spell it out for you.

lol, just kiddin, but it was good for a laugh to a few I'm sure. The truth is this, there was a vote on a potential new law, the law said some things in it, people liked it, it passed. Then there was a rule making process by DHS which laid out certain stipulations for those entertaining the idea of owning a dispensary. One of those rules discusses just who can apply, meaning do we have to have a C-3 or similar, do we have to be an AZ non-profit prior to applying or can we apply as one. We choose to use our LLC for the application rather than our C-3 or Foundation due to the Federal ties of the later. The rules & regs clearly state just who can do what as what, I suggest you read them, I have already supplied you the links numerous times to their site, I can't sit with you while you learn how to read, no time.

The bylaws state that the LLC is held by its Administration as AZCS INC is a "holding co" and ARIZONA CANNABIS SOCIETY has 'members'..

On to your second question, were we approved by the state? Our business model was suggested to DHS through their social media networks and made public for everyone in the beginning as was small portions of our actual business plan and five year model for engaging the cities in which we intend to operate financially.
DHS "liked" our business model on FB, they promoted it on their youtube channel, Will talked about it in his blog, and it has been accepted by every city we went to looking to get zoning letters and properties. We were 100% successful. In one case, documented on our site, the mayor of the town took me and my associates to the actual building they wanted us to use, their high school. we had offered previously to purchase it and build them a new school, smaller and well equipped with state of the art resources for their less than 50 student class of 2012.
