plant count depends on your veg time. the goal is to have a full canopy imo. i have done 6 plants per light all the way up to 16 plants per light. the more plants you you have the less veg time you need. my friend does 24 per light, starts from clones, doesn't top, and vegges for only a few days in an ebb and flow system. personally i like 9 plants per light in 3 rows of 3 plants but i've been doing higher numbers on my two current grows to cut down on veg times.HAHAHA I love comments like this.
Hey considering you have grown with soil as well as Hydro now. Do you feel as if you can fit more plants in your room as opposed to the large soil containers?
These are my Sour Grapes. I did a bunch of small plants and only vegged for 1 week. Do these look like little pos plants that taste like shit to you? I took these pics todayid rather have few big trained plants then a bunch of little pos plants that will end up tasting like shit
lol @ this guy. get outta here man. no one will take you serious.id rather have few big trained plants then a bunch of little pos plants that will end up tasting like shit
Yeah, i've been holding off on starting the flush stage, so.. I think Ill start flushing wend. and look to harvest 7-10 days after that. Sorry, I dont have a good camera.. im using a cell phone and it doesnt have macro options or any real options at all. Oh well, hopefully soon I will get a real nice one.not bad. looks like you're about a week away? if you set your camera to macro (the little flower icon) and lower your iso in manual mode your pics will come out a little clearer. looking good
Yeah in the beginning of flower a couple stretched up too high and the tops got a little burnt. Where she got burnt is coated in trichomes and is pretty cool looking. Should have my USB scope in the next couple days.Great looking ladies. Is that burn on the top in a couple of those pics? I'm subbing this one.
I'm new to this scene but I'm sure a lota people will tell u to go with 2 600 instead of 1k because 2 600 are easier to control the temps. Also u wanna push ur plant to the limits/ in a 4x4 I would go with the 2 600 if I had the mula and space ahasorry bro, I thought I saw somewhere something about 2 x 600!!
That's crazy. Must be an added layer of protection. Do you like the hydro setup better than soil? I grew hydro several years ago without a lot of success (I was quite young at the time), then quit growing for a long time. I am settled again, and going to do a soil grow in a 4x4 space with one 1000 watter. I can only hope mine will turn out as nice as yours.Yeah in the beginning of flower a couple stretched up too high and the tops got a little burnt. I don't want to answer the what do I like better question until after its all said and done and I have compared both finished products. I was pleased with the product I got from my all organic soil grow. So far, I like the advantages of hydro, it has grown super aggressively and seemed healthier. I am not able to leave for 2,3,4 days at a time without having to worry about watering. Obviously I worry that a pump will fail or timer will stop working. Im working on getting a webcam setup so I can remotely check in on things lol. The final results will really be the judge though. I need to have a high quality great tasting product. So we will see...That's crazy. Must be an added layer of protection. Do you like the hydro setup better than soil? Webcam haha! Now theres an idea! I used to use hydro because i HAD to leave days at a time, and everything was completely automated. I now have a job where I can be home everyday to water and pay close attention to the ladies. I am really putting a lot of thought into the super soil method for the sake of ease, but my first run will have to be with a nutrient line. Any good suggestions? I'm excited to see your final results. Maybe it will sway me back to the hydro side.I don't want to answer the what do I like better question until after its all said and done and I have compared both finished products.
