i better start doing something. 
i have a small, empty mother-in-law unit. it's empty, but a little cluttered right now. it has a working kitchen, bathroom, heater and running water. we could cook there and hang out in my shop. i have a boat i could move if we wanted to hang out outside under a carport as well.
