Is it alright to use cfl's for the lower buds along with a 150W HPS?

I am growing one autoflowering plant and I am using 1 150 watt HPS in my 3x3 ft grow tent. As my little girl gets bigger I added a couple cfl's to get light to the lower buds. Is it ok to use cfl's along with the HPS as long as I maintain my 18-6 light to dark schedule? The plant looks amazing so It seems to be working. However, I am a new grower and I could really use the advice from some of the more experienced growers. Thanks!

O yeah, supplemental light is awsome. I run a 600 w and for the lil nuglets at the bottom (the ones i dont snip early) I use CFL's and a 1 t5. If you running an HPS try to get the Blue light CFL's to diversify your spectrum

why are you using a grow tent for one auto and a 150HPS? seems a bit over kill dosent it? You can never have too many lights
Like I said I am a beginner and I don't want to germinate all these expensive seeds until I feel I can grow good bud. Also, 150 watt hps might be able to handle 2 plants max, any more then that and I will be outside my 2 ft by 2 ft light space. Right?

no on your last statment.. a 150 in a grow tent can support 4 plants max...reason being the tents inside is very reflective so it makes great use of the light. and its an awsome idea to use CLF or floro light in conjunction /w hps. like that one guy said try and get a 65k bulb in the CLF if you can.
