You using a digital or analog one? I had problems with digital ones resetting so I switched to analog and never had a problem since.

Digital but Iv been using it for nearly 4 years without an issue before this grow...it's bullshit, I'm gonna replace the two of them soon now.
 
Funny you should say that coz I had probs with woodies analog timers as I didn't have one of those double plug wire saftey yolks, I've bought 3 digital, 2 the same and never looked back.. Mr H pm sent..
 
Anyone here has experience with hydro? Was considering it for the next grow and was thinking about 4X single DWC although I am open to other suggestions that may be more efficient. From what I have read though the biggest yields come with DWC.

What about the Amazon Aeroponic system? It can fit 4,8,16 or 32 plants, only has a 50L res and fits inside an 80x80x160 tent :D I read the best yields come from Aero, but I'm sure they're probably very similar yield wise. Aero needs no medium whatsoever tho, so no buying and disposing of rockwool or clay pebbles.

Hey dude, not sure i took a full body shot, she does not look to good though so i wont embarrass her lol but surely someone can identify a plant from the leaves? My leaves were all green until the last few weeks, some are browning and dropping off so not too long to go, the buds smell so good!

not sure, brown patches on the fan leaves and the yellowing tips on the others have me confused.

Do you splash any nutrient water on the leaves with lights on? It scorches the shit outta the leaves. The yellowing tips could be very slight nutrient burn cos I notice theyre VERY green for flower.

theres another pic in his album that shows the underleaf and that looks brown and rusty so i dont think its splash.

Or does splash do that too?
 
You only need to flush to correct nutrient imbalances in the soil from over feeding....don't be a pre-harvest flusher, they're stupid ;)
 
alright Har. Well im thinking pf doing your ak48 for my next grow. ur a bit of a master at them at this stage (with no help from dodgy timers).going to be using all mix again with bio nutes because still have loads left. what would ur one best bit of advise on growing these. cheers mate
 
Top them, and feed them fairly heavy.

They stretch quite a bit in flower but topping and LST can help.

Mine usually come down in and around day 59 of actual flower (like when lots of pistils start forming). Let them cure for a week to two weeks before the smell and taste really come out. Aside from that just let her grow!

Hey Harrekin.. Here's my wee Ak 48... Day 50 in veg and topped last week

Beautiful plant, nice and dense. You gonna up-can it to a bigger pot tho? 10L is perfect Iv found. How much height you got? Each of those branches will probably double in length maybe more so if you're gonna up-can and veg some more I'd top each of those main tops again.
 
I'm looking to get some 20l airpots somewhere around here, I remember there is a place near smithfield in dublin that sells them but I can't remember the name of the website. Growshop.ie only has the 12.5l ones which are no use to me :( Can anyone help?
