Should I be worrying?

Hello all!
I am in the middle of my first grow which has been going extremely well so far up until this moment! The ladies are now in their second night of flowering and unfortunately the light got turned on for a very short period of time (basically turning on very quickly then off, with the remaining dim afterglow of the light bulb on it for a few minutes) . I don't have tons of experience and I thought I would be better of asking on here then just feeling helpless. I am wondering if the ladies are in serious danger of in switching sexes on me from this short exposure. Should I be worrying?! And if so is there any real way to reverse a hermie. I really do appreciate nay help.

its fine...that's not enough light to cause a hermi...now if you did it repeatedly for a few hours every night...then i'd worry...

That's my cheap alternative to colloidal silver. I still don't know exactly why light cycle interruptions cause self-pollination, but it works.
