Cal-Mag in the UK

Good day people. :weed:

I've been looking for a decent cal-mag supplement for hydro. I'm using RO water and the problem is I'm having trouble locating something in the UK. Does anyone have a link, I've searched but I wanted to see what you guys use.

And.... please don't recommend I use epson salts.

Peace :joint:

Yeah I thought about that but just trying to keep it simple, my nutrient collection already has too many bottles.

I am thinking of switching to GH Flora, does the Flora Micro have decent amount of cal-mag in if any at all?

**Edit**

Ahh feck it! Im getting the canna mono, easier lol!

Cheers

Oh shit so it is oops I don't no what to do with this call mag sat here looking at it and looking at me nutriant I don't no what to do lol
First, I would check to see if your nutrients contain any cal/mag. What medium are you in? If you're in soil, I would start at 5ml every other feeding and see how your plant responds. If you're in a hydro setup I would feed minimum 5ml per watering, eventually reaching upwards of 10ml per gallon. If your ppm/ec is too high because of calmag, then use an RO setup so your ppm's initially start lower, or if that isn't an option I would alternate you calmag and nutrients to be fed. For example,Soil would look something like Day 1- feed reg nutes, Day 2- feed calmag, Day 3 water, Day 4 water, Day 5 feed reg nutes, Day 6 Cal-mag, etc...

Thank you for reply I am in a nft system I bin using g h flora series I'm in week 5 of flowering and suddenly got lots of little brown spots and blotches on leaves it does not seem to be coming on new leaves now tho but I thought calcium deficiency but it's the ec being too high I'm worried about i mixed like they said and it's 17 I mean I normally run 18 so you think just run the callmag on its own what for a couple of days or a whole week then back to my normal nutriant there is calcium in the flora micro but I don't think it's very much thank you very much for your time tim...

When you say 17, and 18 you mean 1.7 and 1.8 correct? If so, I would either back off the nutrients until your ec is about 1.4/1.5 then add about 5ml per gallon of cal/mag.That should add just enough calcium to get you through. The brown spots sound like calcium deficiency. I would hit them for a week with calmag then switch to epson. That should give it some calcium. I personally switch from calmag to epson half way through flower. Your plants don't need to much calcium once flower is half way over. The plant still uses magnesium and the sulfur, which is found in epson.
