LST is Low Stress Training, it is baisicly tying the plant down to get the side nodes to think they are the top of the plant thus getting multiple colas or a bushy plant opposed to a tall branchy plant

Looking good, did you germinate in soil or otherwise?
I germ'd in two pieces of tissue in two little plates.

Since I took the pictures yesterday the new leaves have grown quite a lot :)

just make sure you keep the lights close and watch em, they will burn your plant if they touch it.

I have set my lights around the plant rather than above them. I have 3 CFL's in 1 inch range and one in the middle. It seems to kee the plant low. And I literally watch it every minute I'm home lol. Thanks for the info tho
