no! your leaves are the solar panels for your bud factory. The leaves are what use photosynthesis to provide the energy to the buds thus the less leaf the less solar panels right? I will say when I lst plants I do occasionally clip out maybe 2-3 fan leaves to open the inside up a bit for airflow and light to lower leaves. BUt only 2 weeks in, just be patient GL

BTW good lookin plants!

there coming to the end of the flower stretch and you should notice white hairs starting to form any time now, those white hairs will then turn into your bud. dont trim anything and be patient they will be stinking in no time.

To kick start flowering, before you switch the lights to 12/12, you gave a 32 to 48 dark period. This jump starts the flowering process down to 4 - 5 days in stead of two weeks. Don't worry this won't stress your plant or hermi or anything. It just gets those white hairs popping out a lot faster. It's too late now of course.

I've heard this a couple times now... I may need to try this next grow around and see for myself

They are showing white some white hairs at a closer look, i am just worried as the 2 at the back are growing higher and are about a foot or so near the light now. And the 2 plants near the door are smaller, why is this, i have introduced some flouresent red side lighting tubes near the door to try and help them.

Also what do you guys think about UBV compact flouresent bulbs, do they work and help the plants flower more

bend em over and tie em down, then slowly tighten it up untill their were you want them. this summer a friend had plants growing over his 6ft privacy fence. this was within the first couple weeks of flower, we broke their necks about a foot or two down and let them hang over and they did just fine!

not to sure whether i like the sound of that. will they continue growing upwards now then.
after 2-3 weeks the upward growth slows right down and they concentrate on bud production, so they wont get that much taller, they will still grow but at a much slower pace.
