i was looking at the evadry 2200 (designed for 2200 square ft) and my grow room is under 600 (7ft by 10ft by 8ft) will this work?

http://www.eva-dry.com/products/eva-dry-2200-electric-dehumidifier/

i seen it a few places for under $100 (80-90 range so ill probably buy it from another site)

says it removes 20.6oz of water a day when temps are 86degrees and humidity is at 80% is that efficient enough for my uses? (which is to get my humidity down from the low 60s range into the low 50s or high 40s?

says it only uses 72w (yay) and has 2 liters water capacity

good?

Do you really have a humidity problem mate? Whay is your humidity running. What part of the world do you live in to have such high humnidities...
im on the west coast of the USA. Not really by a big body of water or anything but my nighttime (well day for me night for the plants) humidity is going from from 60-64 or so at the most which may cause mold.

during lights on (nighttime for me) the humidity is 49-52% which isnt bad...its when the lights are off are my concern. i tried damprid but it hasnt done jack and i bought the biggest one they make so my only other idea is to break down and buy one.

i understand, but the humidifier you linked would be a waste of your money entirely. it wouldn't cause any noticable drop in humidity in the growing space you specified. just my two cents, take it for what it's worth.

Bro i dont think that will make much difference a dehumidifier that small 2L. Im about to buy this one ,continuous flow and rips 20L a day out of the air.Keep it up high and run at lights off in 15 min intervals.
Its about $300 but its worth it when your protecting thousands of dollars worth of buds.dimplex-dehumidifier-gdh-deh20ep-medium.jpg

i purchased a similar humidifier last year trying to save money. it cost a little more than the one you posted, 20 oz of water isn't much. the humidifier i use takes over 2,000 oz of water out of the air each day. my humidity dropped from 50-70 to 40. it's really helped me fight powdery mildew and the plants look 10x better this time around.
