...I use an ezcloner with 100% success, everytime, always.
...hydrogen peroxide is what you need....it will kill off the pathogens....I add 2ml per gallon of water every 4 days, that will help with the brown slime. Your cloner needs to be warm, so I wouldn't stress on that...add the peroxide
...I use straight tap water and the h2o2
...pH to 6.0
...keep temps above 70
...under low lumen lights
...100% success.
...Philosophist, sorry to sound like an arrogant dickhead on your thread...but as you see, I was trying to help. I'm glad you decided to add the h2o2 to your cloner, you'll reap the benefits shortly. I'm not the one to mislead on these boards. I would've gladly posted my sources until I was called a lier.
