Well, it looks now like Chuck may have the stength to support budz if he is a she. Like others have said, it is way to early in Chuck's life to be able to tell what Chuck's sex may be. As a friendly suggestion please take some time to read, study, and plan your grow. There is a ton of great info posted in the stickies on this forum. Most of us are here to help and learn ourselves. But there are a lot of trolls who have nothing better to do then criticize, hate, and humiliate people who start posting with pics of a way under-developed plant and asking for help sexing it. I hope I am not offending you. I certainly do not want to be offensive. Once you have spent some time researching and learning, you will be able to ask pertinent and specific questions on your SUCCESSFUL grow.
