come to thikn of it, my skewl was mostly rockers, but we had the odd rapper..but they stuck out like a shitty thumb

Nope...not even a light thump from a trunk...my first rapper I ever liked was Kid Rock...lol...15 years after high school.
It may as well been the U of KKK, there were no minorities in my school either...maybe 3 % mix of Spanish/Mexican, or middle eastern...we had one Korean guy...yep, pretty racist school now that I think back. But no rap...some weird shit like Boy George...a few punkers...a country fuck or two, but no rap.

i went to a catholic skewl...so we didnt really have a shitload minorities either....for real 6 black kids, 1 mexican who was my grade skewl buddy , some asians and some arabs....the kids who liked rap were white lol

when Kid Rock came out i was blown away...it was just that kind amusic that was diff and made you feel like takin the world over lol

I still listen to kid rock everyday...blew my mind too, I've been to well over 100 concerts, and he goes in the top 10 of all the live shows I've seen as far as energy and crowd response goes...He tore up Pine Knob.
We didn't have any black kids in my school. I never thought about untill a couple years ago, going thru a yearbook with my kids.

I love it...History of Rock is my favorite though...I burned thru like 3 CD's already.

It's funny too, because she drives like 60 miles out here to work, and she lives 2 streets down from my old house....she worked at the bar I hung at too, but at a different time.
