Growth stunted/ bottom leaves dark green with purple stems....

So here is what I am worried about.... the bottom leaves are turning really dark green and their respective stems are purple. It's only affecting a few of the older leaves which I am hoping is just a natural process. The leaves are also drooping, so Im wondering what is the problem here. Maybe I need more air flow? I have one window AC unit in the room and one small fan to keep a breeze. The PH's are all high around 6.8 and lower so I just actually dropped a little bit of PH down in the buckets to fix that. When lights are on Ill check them again to see how close to 5.8 I am. I am also working on building a much needed vent system which may help...

Here are the other 2 plants, same system but they are both Platinum bubba and both are on the opposite side of the room, a little further from the AC unit. The left picture shows the plant bending towards the light, now I did rotate the netty pot to try to straighten it out; but after noticing the plant bending like this I cant help but think its 100% bad for it. I might relocate it closer to the center of the light but any other suggestions would help out alot. Thanks for all your help guys.

they are nice and green so it doesnt appear to be a nute deficiency. im gonna guess they are getting too much water from the looks of the dropping leaves.

I don't see any purple from your photos. Droop is generally associated with over-watering. Are you dripping on those with a feed line?

How long have you been vegging those?

They have been vegging for about 2.5 weeks now. And no, those tubes are for the air stones.

I would water them do with just water no nutes... Cut the watering cycles in half and see what happens..

Looks like over watering and or over nutes.. Not quiet burning yet....

The leaves seem to have gotten better and there is not much dropping anymore! Thanks guys! Looks like all I needed was a good ventilation system in place. Now I have another problem, it looks like my biggest plants are developing a mold issue; starting at the hydroton and making its way up the plant to the lower leaves. Please advise me what to do here, from what I've read this can get real nasty fast and I want to keep it under control before it spreads to the other girls. Any help? here are the pics...

Yeah, the base of the plants where the moist hydroton pellets are is the source of powdery mildew. Having those open exposed slots in your netpots sure didn't help.

Spray them with a mix of water and non-fat milk... that's a non-toxic control method, though, not a cure. It's pretty much gonna keep coming back no matter what you do.

So in this case is it better to treat and attempt to prevent the mildew? Another user on these forums had a similar problem and was able to use Round Up to get rid of it, but from the info im gathering on this, its just a temporary fix? What will make it pop up again?
