Saltwater looks fucking bitching! I wish, but for now I'm gonna try to keep it simple...Hopefully i'll be purchasing a 30 gallon tank and setup tomorrow! Freshwater tropical, here we come!

It's cool, too, because i can cycle the tank for a few weeks while i set money aside little by little for my army of aquatic friends, gravel, plants, and all that good stuff...What with the holiday season upon us, money is always tight this part of the year...Also my b-day is a few days away! I'm hoping the ganja fairy brings me a new bong, she knows just the double chamber 6 arm perc I want!

AQUARIUMS ARE THE SHIT!!!! Those kits really aren't that great of a buy if you factor in the crappy shit thats included that you will have to upgrade and or replace eventually. Id suggest you save and go big if your gonna do it. And if you like this aquarium dont be surprised when you have 10 more like it in no time, its called Multiple Tank Syndrome....i've got that disease....

Thats just a few of mine, lol

Well, i would totally be down, except I don't have the money or the space right now, but I've been on the PetSmart website, and I'm still sold on the kits...I don't know, I'm going to the pet store with my co-worker tomorrow, and he used to be all big into fish before he started collecting reptiles...I'm sure we can shop around and see if it would be cheaper or better to piece it together myself...

I've been to both Petco(where the pets go), and PetSmart(where the pets fart?), and so far petsmart seems to have the better deals.

wish aquariums were that cheap over here, might have a few more then, last time i checked my lil 180l setup costs around 2 grand, (cost around a grand when i got it)

but we have buttrape merchants around these parts. :) :(

but yeah.. love aquariums, gets to be like artwork too, slowly making changes over months, finding the best places for plants and rocks, making a beautiful display.

Yeah, I was stunned at how affordable they were too...Don't get me wrong, for anything of substantial quality, you'll be paying here too, but I'm just going on the deals that the pet store is having. I'm sure it's not top of the line, but it will suffice for me!

well, to be fair it looks to be of fair good quality and its a small country and the only thing available in such size.

Thats a good one id get that. Upgrade the filter as you already know and the light will be fine but if you want any live plants like in my tanks you'll need to upgrade that too. Hell ive got craploads of unused equipment,if and when you decide on sumn hit me up maybe i have something of use for you.
