i have 5 super critical, one purple haze, one acid and auto flowering ak-lowrider in 3.5 gallon bubbleponic dwc system with 1000w hps. room is 6.9 by 6.7. and like 7 and half feet tall. planing on veg for a month and half..

if i got real buff, how much weight could i lift? Bad and silly question. Use your own visual eyes to visualize cause thats what you need. Research gram/watt and go from there

You cannot really estimate your harvest based on just those factors. Depending on whether your using some kind of training, S.O.G, S.C.R.O.G, CO2 and nutrients. Top notch growers aim for around 1gram/watt, but for the average grower around .5 gram/watt is more achievable.

the 'holy grail' is one gram per watt of light. Use MH for veg, HPS for flowering. You can do the whole grow with MH, but i wouldn't reccomend the whole grow with HPS.
You'll get more yield with a taller plant, good nutrient balance, and using techniques such as scrogging, lsting, topping, etc.
If you veg for a month and a half the plants should be around a foot, which means they'll be anywhere from 2-3 feet when they finish.. If this is your first grow you should expect about 2 ounces per plant, assuming everything goes well.

I found a great way to double my yield , I just put a picture of the sun in my growroom and BANG! went from getting a 1lb to 2lb every 60 days.

im just doing lst my first time. and im using miro, grow,bloom from advanced

Well i have no experience using Advanced Nutrients lines, but a couple of my friends can swear by it.
Anyways, id look into Some type of Bud Enhancer
Ex:
Bud candy (Advanced Nutrients)
Bud Xl (House and Gardens)
Shooting Powder (House and Gardens)
Etc.

Try your best and learn as much as you can. Soon enough things will start to fall into place.
