How Long To Re-Pot

I just topped this 3 week old I have, it was going on its 5th set of leafs. My question is, How long do I have to wait before I can re-pot it to a bigger pot? Just figured maybe I couldnt do it right away with the stress from topping then transplanting, does this matter?

if you transplant correctly there should be no stress to the plant. just wait a day or 2 if you want to feel safe.
