since i've retired, i sit alot. tv, computer, reading. hearing these reports about sitting being bad got me to thinking. 
...i put the screen on a tall box and the keyboard/mouse on a portable compter keyboard stand. PERFECT! 
it'll be a good alternative to sitting at the comp for a few hours.
pot! when you need a solution to what probably isn't a problem!

Man I am screwed then! I have googletv and just sit here and cruise the web while sitting on the couchsince i've retired, i sit alot. tv, computer, reading. hearing these reports about sitting being bad got me to thinking.

So the fan is on low. Its a 6" clip fan (growbright) I will take a look to see if there is another way to place it. So I gave them water this morning around 6:45am and I just got home from work, checked on them and them and the soil seems pretty damn dry!! Ughh, so frustrating!
