That should be np even if your new :) . But why would you do a scrog for 10 plants ? I don't know about you but I love the self watering pots minimum 10 - 12 inches, they get the bottom feeding they love and easy to flush'em as well. Um mylar or tinfoil on the walls always helped and ventilation you need the fresh air if you're not planing on using Co2, keep your lights as low as you can without hurting the plants I don't know if you rocking cool tubes or what. Oh and removing the lower branches 2-3 sets from the bottom seems to to help.

thanx for the advise guys um yeah i heard that scrog ing the plants helps with yield in a small space i know its a few to many for the space and light ive got but got a bit exicting buying seeds lol, um no i not using cooltubes but i do have a super spreader heat shield on both my lights, um yeah i have cut some off the smaller branches that arernt getting though the scrog net,im not running c02 but i do have and extractor fan in place now i know i should have an intake fan aswell but bit skint at the moment so what ive done is inserted a couple of holes in the room so i can get sum ventalation though i know its not practical but it seems to be doing the trick will this be enough ventalation getting though. oh and i havent put tin foil i have just put standard white refective plastic that u get in the grow shops, ive got the tempurture around 65 f to 80f little low but im working on it lol and my humidity is around 55% to 65%
any more advise would be great if anyone has any ideas dont have any pics at the moment but il dig my camara out when i have a spair 5 minutes

you should pull 600 grams easy with 2 x 600 watts! 80 of is fine for lights on temps, and if 65 is with the lights off then this is good to, you should really get an extraction sorted out to get rid off all the heat and stail air, just use a passive intake aves you buying another fan, also means you've got negative pressure.

well here are sum pics of my grow so what do you think? im three weeks into flower ive had a few problems such as i put to many plants into the scrog and now ive ended up with 2 many bud sites opps and now the top buds are looking great but the branches lower down arearnt getting as much light what do you guys suggest i do about this at this stage
and to my orignal question how much do you think il get now you can have a better look at the pics
the pics areant great because i hav a shit camara but ul get an idea
thanx in advance

Your doing fine man. Its always hard to say what someone else is going to get, because there are SOOO many factors. Your scrog looks good though. Just keep those temps from moving. You dont want it any hotter then 80 and no lower then 65. Ideally, you keep it within 10 degrees between lights on and off. Just dont over feed them. You can mess up your yield way more by over feeding then under feeding. With scrog, you want to keep an even canopy right? So if those are the same lights, make them even with each other. And any really tall branches, you can cut a fan leaf off, slow it down and send the energy to the rest, letting them catch up and stay even. And yeah, as someone said, you dont need an intake fan, as long as you have enough exhaust. You create a slight negative pressure, and your golden.

thanx for the tips m8t um i did hear somewhere that you shouldnt remove fan leafs during flower im now over 3 weeks into flower will this affect yield and bud production?, yes i do have a good enough exhaust ive got an 8inch 200mm fan so that should be plenty, as you mentioned about negative pressure is that to stop it smelling is it?, um yes i do try and keep it between 65 and 80 but at the moment im struggling because its getting colder where i live and its around 65 70 when the lights are on and it goes down to around 55 at night ive been trying to avoid putting a heater in there because it a big room to heat and the electric is costing me a small fourtune but it looks like i might have to at this rate

I've been told to not let my roots get under 55 or bad stuff happens . I would guess he means it stops growing fast . No real clue though i just turn on my heater on a diff timer and it kicks on an hour after dark and kicks off about 2 hours before lights on . good luck with the temps . I am wire my inline 4 '' to a attic fan thermostat so it just kicks on when the temp in the room gets to warm . Other then that i just have a big box fan moving air around inside the grow room .

Dont use tin foil, youll get hotspots. Flat white is way better than tin foil. Find some "panda plastic". Great stuff!
Yeah I know everyone tells you tin foil creates hot spots but I never had that problem. I don't know if these people who say that know from experience or know from what they've read ? But I've used it 3 times with a 250 hps and no problems. I've never used it with a larger light, since I normally use mylar or black and white. It works fine on a small scale or cheap and dirty setup. And the individual that mentioned taking it easy on the ferts is 100% correct that's the last thing you want to do, but if you do make sure to teach yourself the signs of over fertilization. The best example is my buddy that loves to grow but seems to kill everything he grows and won't take advise at all, his budding plants were showing signs of slightly burnt tips and others showed nutrient deficiencies I told him the plants are being over fertilized and that his nutes where locked up from the low Ph he told me that they where in fact under fertilized as a result of the deficiencies. He thought the Ph of the soil would not be an issue because he had adjusted the waters Ph to 7 only problem was he didn't need too and never adjusted it after adding his crude mix of snake oils(ferts and juice). So keep that in mind over-feeding can cause burnt tips and deficiencies, also dark waxy green leaves. I have some picture from that guys grow and will post them so you can laugh and learn.

Agreed. I've used tinfoil in the past for a few grows and never had a hotspot problem. It seems people who type that are just regurgitating generic advice found on the internet, with no experience of doing it themselves.

from what i hear, reg growing in dirt, with good lighting, nutrients, and knowledge is around 1g/watt. scrog you should get more. the main thing is to check them often, test water often, and dont harvest early,

the 55 for the roots, temp right? yea thats true, any lower you get some of the nutes being locked out.

the ph of the water is more of the concern tho, temp doesnt fluctuate so much inside. but pH can be a constant battle.
