Fletch,i think where he's at he's getting palmetto bugs,im not sure exactly what them fukers are but they look like a giant ass roach, alot of times cleanliness has nothing to do with geting them either,im pretty sure their attracted to places to keep cool from the heat.

I had them bastards in my barn when i lived in the south, fukers hurt like hell when you get hit in the face with one doing 80 mph on a motorcycle, its like getting hit in the face with an egg :spew:

I see the big flying florida roaches when I go there but usually only at night or if staying at seedy hotel.None of my friends homes had them in Jacksonville,Miami, or West Palm beach either way if I had them Id get rid of them first.Had some roaches when I lived in the hood but I took care of that issue in 2 days lol..cant deal with them.Rats and mice not so bad but roaches I cant stand

Sorry to hear about your loss...I paint for a living and was once painting for a man who was a professional exteminator..I asked him what they're secrets were...believe it or not he says all his company did was buy a little vial of concentrated liquid for $7 at Home Depot and dilitued it per the instructions. They charged $100's for their service and the stuff is the BEST money can buy and kills and prevents all rodents and bugs. I use it around the interior and exterior of my house and have never had a problem since with any kind of bugs. However, the concentrate is water-based and will need re-applying every 3-4 months interior and exterior depending on how many rainfalls you have had. Good luck!

LOL, They weren't in his house, about 75 feet away from my front door :) that picture was taken in his garage. I was there yesterday and saw a dozen egg sacks. When I took that picture I left a 3 pack Raid fogger for him to bomb the garage tonight. Id have bombed it for him, but he has a unlocked dog door leading from the house to the garage. Didn't want the dog to accidently breath that stuff.

I meant to drop them off earlier in the day, and this thread reminded me to give the foggers to him. On my way out I grabbed my camera and took a picture of one of them. If it wasn't for Johnnybravo's roach bad luck, I'd have forgotten all together to drop off the foggers I promised my neighbor.

My lights go out in ten more minutes...It's gonna be the longest 12 hours of my life....Since it's only the second day of 12 hrs off, would it hurt to look in on them in a couple hours??
