i agree. they talk shit but when they need the herb they come running to you.
All your mmj patients out there that laugh at the misfortune of a busted grower should just go off and die. they are risking their freedom to supply you with something you need (especially those who have hash oil that can cure cancer). you should show some sympathy and respect. even support them if they do get arrested.
I think its lame when people laugh at busted growers especially those who are doing a good deed to the people of their community.

Legitimate growers aren't the ones getting busted. You never hear about a small self grow, or even a caregiver grow that is within limits, and acting responsibly, getting busted...Please show me links...

I had my Medical Marijuana card for 4 years now. As did my neighbor that lives one house behind me. Hes been growing for 5 months in his garage. only had 4 3' plants 2 weeks into flowering.
He has 3 kids 1 new born and a wife. They run there own real estate company.
One night about 6 months ago at 4:30am i hear a shit load of noise look out the window out side i see ICE,ATF,DEA and out local cali police. Fucked his entire house up, took all his growing equipment. destroyed his FOUR mere plants, and took his new born away from "endangering a minor" Not because he was growing by because. He had laundry on the ground IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM.
But no small ops dont get busted lol get the fuck out of here with that bull shit. Go educated your self smart one.

I know lots of self growers and CG's...and they are not getting busted. So please..back up your statement with links...facts..substance.
I know a cg in Grand Rapids that was recently visited by The police. They looked around, did plant counts, checked his paperwork...and said "nice operation.thanks for complying...carry on"...That however does not make the news paper...

He was growing in a garage..not exactly a "locked, secure facility accessible only to the patient and care giver" My guess is that the garage was also used for storage of items that were accessed by others..and if they took a child, as you say, because of dirty laundry in the laundry room....I'd like to see a pic of that laundry room. Big difference between dirty laundry and filthy cat pissed covered pile of clothes that has been sitting there for months.
In most cases, when the little guy, or larger guy gets busted..the story they tell is far different than what took place.
If he was truly in compliance, he'll have no problem in court. He'll win, and would possibly be compensated for the actions of the police.
Every case of "police abuse" I've investigated..and I investigate and study a lot..usually are not cases of police abuse....they are cases of someone stretching the law for personal gain...be it as simple as wishing to grow outdoors, or have their grow in the house, but not in a secure locked facility.
And they almost always result due to a complaint by neighbors, or the lack of discretion shown by the "victim"..
Again, you say you can find these cases "all over"..post some links..I'll donate to the defense fund when I see one that has merit.
