hi there mauler,i joined this site yesterday,as i am on my first grow and have just gone on to 12/12 and needed some more info ,what more could i have asked for ? i have just spent the last 2 hours reading this thread and checking out your pix ,fantastic!! i can,t thank you and all your mentors enough , cheers from a very impressed nube

Yep. Trichomes check a bit ago. I checked 7 different sites. My window of opportunity is wide open. Most showed mostly cloedy with some clear and 2 of the 7 showed me some amber and milky. Definately tomorrow.

That's awesome to hear. I was a noob myself 4 short months ago. I did exactly what your doing, reading and learning and than putting it into practice. Glad you stopped in mate!

I started my new job at 8 this morning. Housing is very expensive here; a 2 BR, 1 BA, 850 sq. ft. apartment is a grand or more a month. Food is expensive too but we've been given a LOT of salmon, halibut, moose meat, etc. All in all, we are doing a lot better than we were in Ga or Ca. We're tickled pink. Working on my grow cabinet right now with seeds germing! Damn seeds were calling me.Thanks Double P. How goes the work hunt in Alaska? Is the housing cheap up there? How about the cost of living? Inquirering minds want to know...

The govenor just called, she got a stay of execution! My wife said the tester nug made her a little to racy, almost the feeling of a pending anxiety attack. I'm gonna let her develope a little more amber to "calm" her down a bit. I like it now. Very spacy. Certainly won't be hardcore couchlock if I wait till Friday......

G'morning NorCal. I'm planning on leaving her in the dark for 24-36 hrs. I can't give you an answer on the results as I'm a nnob too. As I mentioned earlier, this is my first grow.
Sup ADM? I think she can still pack on some bulk as long as she's taking in water. Plus, it is a very, very "speedy" buzz right now. I like the high, my Wife, not so much. She said it borders her almost to an anxiety or panic attack. So a few extra days developing some amber will be good!!
She got a stay of execution, not a pardon. She's still heading to the guillotine...Are you selling tickets? If you are..I want a cut!!
I promise, gaurantee...this Friday, maybe even Thursday. My 15 yr old daughter and my 12 yr old Grandson are spending the weekend....I want her to be chopped, and drying before they come up..

Good Day RIU. One day shy of 9 weeks of flower and my anticipation is through the roof. I'm strictly going by water intake, and trich appearance at this point. I took and switched all the CFL's over the clones to a Blue spectrum. I had switched only one bulb on Sunday and the results on trich production close to that blue spectrum bulb were sick. Very noticeble! I'm starting to see "foxtails" up on the tips. I had preiously described them as finger like...Thanks Chickengutz....and have since learned the proper terminology. The calyx swelling continues. I now understand why the veteran growers tell us Noobs to be patient. Without guidance, I would of probably taken her last week already!! So, she got a stay of execution for a few days at least. I gotta admit, I enjoy watching her grow. So boys and girls, here she is, direct from death row, mt "bush" Hope you like.

I was on the fence about this one. I had heard you increase the mold probability, others swear the plant makes a last ditch effort to procreate and throws out massive trichs. What are your thoughts??
