The top leaf set hasent seemed to grow in the last 3-5 days, its still 1/2 way open with the next leaf set visable inside but neither have seemed to grow at all.

The leaves that wont seem to open is leaf set number 6 , with number 7 inside waiting.

This particular plant is on week 2 of flowering ( no sign of sex yet )

I have noticed its overall bushiness has developed as well as the stem has got thick as hell, so it seems growth is happening , just not vertically lately.

It has been a bit cold here but not to the point it should bother the plant ( high 40s - low 60s ). The soil has been colder than normal, would that bother it?

End of week 2 flowering? She may well of just stopped her vertical growth to concentrate on making you lots of lovely bud...

Your plant looks healthy to me. You may be experiencing a "watched pot never boils" phenomenon...so don't do anything drastic.

You don't appear to have any nutrient deficiency or toxicity, so you're good there. You appear to have enough light. From what you've written and from what I can (or cannot) see in your pictures, it looks like the cold snap wouldn't be a problem...those CFLs will keep a plant warm enough. So my guess is ventilation. Are you exchanging the air in your box efficiently?

i really dont have any ventalation going on, i keep the plant in a cab with the door open during lights on time. the cabinet is inside my closet with a fan blowing on the plant. So its inside a closet but not restricted behind a closed door.

During lights off time i do shut it up inside the cabinet then shut the closet door to keep any light out, there is no venting going on.
