I love this method. It makes it so easy to tie and untie and I can reuse the pot(no pun intended). Here's my favorite diagram.View attachment 1838009
it's not hard to do mss... as you can see in my pix, i like to start early, and while i have them in the solo cups still... i just punch a hole in the cups and use some bread bag ties to hold them, and just work my way around the outside of the solo cups.. when i get far enough around, i know it's time to transplant them into bigger containers..I think I pretty much understand howto do it so im going to start tonight. I have big plans for them. cant get it all doene will take a couple days at least so you can help me one of those days norcal
like mr author fonzerelli used to say, exacta mundo, lol... yah, instead of supercropping where you're pinching the stem, with lst you just tie it down, and like you said, much less stress that way..LST is pretty much like super croping but your just holding the branch down so it wont str8en back up. so its supper cropping without the stress. thats why its low stress training. got it
yeah for real huh. i suppercrop 2 weeks into floweringlike mr author fonzerelli used to say, exacta mundo, lol... yah, instead of supercropping where you're pinching the stem, with lst you just tie it down, and like you said, much less stress that way..
i still like to super crop later in flowering when things are getting tall though, and it doesn't seem to stress them out nearly as much as what some people would like you to believe..
thats hella clean! I think mine will look similar to that but a little smaller cause im in 3 galon pots but the strain that i have gets hudge so im excited. how much did one of those plants pull? Here's a couple from past grows:

I have no idea. I never know how much my shit yields. I don't keep any type of scales around. The way I usually judge my yields is either "I got plenty until next harvest", or "holy shit, I'm gonna have to flower early this time".thats hella clean!
