Know it, I was an active Libertarian 1980 - early 90's then I woke up. Still hold on to personal freedoms but my economics/social outlook has changed dramatically.

I will now make an evil (or stupid) statement as far as many Libertarians are concerned.

I was born in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and ...... I am a citizen of the United States of America.

For those who are not Libertarians that will mean nothing, the rest of you know what I am saying... lol
Do you mean a private citizen ? that is pretty important, unless i am mistaken.

Do you have any idea or concept what Common Law is.. How about Sovereignty? Thing problem is most people don't really know what is going on in their nation, we have all giving up our choices, relinquished our rights, willingly I might add. If you don't know what I am talking about. spread this like a good virus;

The Full Video version is on my profile page. Very important information as to what effects us all as a whole.

No, I am part of the corporation. (I do not actually believe that but a true Libertarian would know what I mean) That is why I said I would be writing something evil or dumb as far as Libertarians were concerned.

I have done enough research on the subject... over 20 years worth... that I have come to the conclusion that sovereignty etc and most of the * Libertarian fringe believes are bunk. Now, the personal freedoms directly in the Constitution I do agree with, however the rest of it seems to be anybodies version of interpretation.

Example:

article 1 section 8
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

I am absolutely sure I interpret this much differently than most Libertarians and like you I believe my version to be the correct one. If you are going to take it literally than my version is in fact correct. Do not pick and choose.

*That is said with no disrespect.

the sixteenth amendment was ratified 2/3/1913, according to my copy of the constitution :dunce:

and yes, he did violate the TOU as shoplifting is against the law.
Can you better explain, how he violated the TOU ? As you have no proof that he shoplifted and stating that shoplifting is against the law when there is such a burden of proof, who are you to judge least you not be judged yourself.. that is a pitiful response, I believe you are abusing your power and I do not consent to the editing of information without explicit consent, Finshaggy I believe supports this argument I am making. So Finshaggy I believe you have to order that he rights the wrong that was committed. unless I am the only one bothered by this infraction.

there was no infraction given, i simply edited out the part where he instructs how to steal. stealing is violative of the law, thus posting it is against the TOU.

have a problem with it? take it to the site admin.

not really.

i WILLINGLY pay taxes. ya know, because i like the country i live in, the standard of living here, the infrastructure, the fact that we take care of our poorest citizens, as is the test of any great nation.

perhaps you think that you can just enjoy the standard of living available in this great nation while contributing nothing back. i think that is kind of selfish, small-minded, petty, childish, and lacking of perspective, but so be it.
If you had any idea or concept as to what a Sovereign is, than you would retract such absurd statements, if you 'like' the country you are in, why do you do nothing while it is overrun with hypocrisy? If we take care of our poorest citizen (as you claim), why are there homeless on the streets or people starving? your introverted views are ridiculous. how easily you defend your own personal ignorance and push your ideals and concepts of the 'truth' upon others is quite pitiful of a contribution. hope your self righteous attitude fulfills the void in your heart.

sorry, bud. no void in my heart.

despite the multitude of social assistance programs, some people do choose to be homeless.

i know what a sovereign is, for your edification.

what i find funniest is that you accuse me of being self righteous after making that little rant of yours.

Not only do we "Not give a shit". In states like Texas the "representatives" set up votes to legalize K2, while voting to legalize things to help themselves. And they DON'T ADVERTISE THE VOTES. They don't tell everyone "Hey, come vote against us." If you look at the records, it's like 6 people changing EVERYONE's lives.
You have to understand firstly and foremost you are Sovereign, with inalienable rights, no one can govern you unless you allow them, no law effects you unless you consent, this is reality, what you have been led to believe is much the same story as the matrix, if you watch the video posted on my profile you will discover that this is truth, unlike must that is stated here, I only hope you find the time to live your life the way you choose.

Well I have a hydro shop and I think about 50% of my customers have read whatever book you speak of. Just in the passed couple months people have walked out with over a thousand dollars worth of Nutes. Not sure how its even possible but there doing it. My reputation of best prices in town is going to change soon if it keeps up otherwise im going to go broke.
Start with the internal structure, most times theft comes from within, secondly, if you have a steady consumer base, just spot the new faces, most times people steal because they see no other options, if you started a work for products concept I am certain you would have a blooming business that helped the community while receiving help right back, thinking outside the box.

go kill someone and then tell the cops that you are sovereign and do no consent to laws and whatnot.

LOL!

when was this?

did the buffalo just present themselves at the feet of the native american to be slaughtered? :dunce:
Did the indians feed the settlers to be raped and murdered ? Just go read a book, you pollute this environment with ignorance. What amazes me is you do nothing to help anyone, all you do is discourage, threaten and demean others for doing something. In this book he states that corporate enitites are only concerned with profit and not with people (as is the mentality of the greedy), so this is a survivor in the then mainstream, it is one persons perspective that this guy decided to spend his time to share, BUCK go out and do something for someone, feel that warmth radiate from your heart rather then pollute yourself with hatred.

Hey man, just leave it be, you made your effort, put it a great amount of time doing so, such is commended, some people just don't get the concept, this was the great abbey: Hoffman, he stood and helped others to see what was blinding them, some people do not want to wake up, to see what is going on around them, let them sleep while the fire engulfs them, for we can say we made an effort.

Are you joking Uncle Buckie? If you're going to remove theft related items from the site, you're going to be really busy. Half of the posters in this forum promote stealing via the federal government. :)
yeah, but this is pretty old information about stealing and importing drugs. As we all know methods change quickly making methods obcelte in short time. Some tips on being careful are useful, but the ability to pull off half this stuff was so 80's and 90's, a long time on the technology timeline

i personally used to like anarchist cook book and was lucky enough to come across a "Chinger" once. Could make free phone calls from the old skool pay phones till the battery died. Go watch "Hackers" if you want to learn a little how this movement started

What edited? You saying Unclebuck has always been a twatwaffle and never respected the first amendment? Color me surprised.
this site is governed by the terms of use we all agree to when we join, not the first amendment, kiddo.

but way to stick up for the little thief. i only edited out the part that instructed mooches like finshaggy on how to steal from hard working folks that don't deserve it.

even though finshaggy feels he is doing no harm by stealing from walmart, they pass their costs onto everyone else. finshaggy is in all of our pockets.
