Sweet Tooth question

I have a few successful grows under my belt. I have been vegging a barneys farm Sweet Tooth for about 4 weeks and is looking very good. I am using 400mh 24/0. I just noticed a set of white stigmas poke out. now, the good news is it is female but why is it showing now before I put in flower? thanks

your not looking at the pistil your looking at the other thing that looks like a pistol, Those 2 hairs on the stem itself aren't hairs, the hairs will show right at the internode, they'll come out a little nub.

That ''other thing'' is a stipule which are on both female and male plants and are green...

They will show sex under 24/0 lighting if you take to long to throw them under 12/12

..listen to this guy. your plant isn't showing pistils until it's into a 12/12
