young plant- not growing (pic added)

I have a auto strain, has been 9days. you know, people can tell everyday that plant got bigger or not,right?. well, My plant is def not growing, just little by little.
I had white slime problem for like 4 days of using lemon juice as ph down but i find out that lemon juice contains the sugar which is not for hydro so i stop using lemon juice nd the plant is drinking PH 8.4 water ( has been 2days.) My still waiting for proper ph adjustment kit gets here. Right now I leaves my closet door open, 18/6 light cycle, tap water, 1x26w cfl. Anyway my plant is def stunted somehow. have any ideas?

9days old. (2days(germ)+7days(veg).

Can you see the brown spot on the leafs? what the hell is that?

I think you answered your own question....stressed the plant and now growth slows.....don't love it to death its just a plant.

will.. 2 cfls but only 1 cfls is facing the plant.

I think its too wet, thats a tiny midget for 9 days. No O2 getting to the little tap root. Let the medium dry more and get the ph to 6.5 asap.
