Haha...yeah, it's all good. I'm just stuck with a big student loan hanging over my head from Culinary school, so I need to be near a place I can work as well as grow...It's all good, got a couple good goals and I'm sticking to them...I'm almost 1 full year into a 2 year plan, and 1 year into a 5 year plan as well, and when I set goals for myself, I don't often fail.

I'm lead line right now, work the grill...Since I'm at a Country Club it's mostly contemporary American food, but I'm really fond of cooking with an Asian ingredients.

how much do you make as a chef ive debated getting into a cullinary school so i can make some bomb food lol.

Well, I went to culinary school, but i'm not a chef. I'm lead line, so I'm like the Sous Chef's main bitch...lol...Our Sous is essentially our executive chef, because the executive on'y comes in to do inventory and ordering, and every time he tries to cook we're stuck correcting his mistakes...But yeah, I'm hourly, make 13 an hour(LONG over due for a raise, it's been 2 years!! Chef told me he's working on it...bastards!), and there's no shortage of hours in the kitchen...

And If I could do it over again knowing what I know now, I wouldnt go to culinary school...I'd get a job as a dishwasher in an upscale, quality restaurant...I would just make it constantly known that I want to learn to cook, and be willing to work harder than anyone else in the kitchen to pick up the knowledge I need and maybe earn a night or two working pantry.

I keep telling you guys, you need an emergency, emergency. emergency stash.

1) Save up, buy a half oz-oz at a time then hide in every cower of your room in many baggies

2) Alway have that one pipe you never ever clean

3) Save roaches. I don't care who thinks it's gross.

You can also roll (If you do roll) or pack on a table like a weed tin lid, then tip everything that spilled back into the tin. After a week I have a good joint's worth from stuff you'd probably drop or brush off onto the carpet or something.

Hope you get sorted soon, Urca muffin. Lol if my mama was still smoking she'd be fighting me for it. She says the only reason she won't smoke is because she thinks she'll get hooked. That woman used to smoke like there was no tomorrow...

Much easier with clones. You would go 2 weeks on ,one off for cloning , 3 weeks veg , 3-3-3 flowering. Hate to see you run out of seeds thus running out of dope, youll go schizo if you ran out. :cuss:
