yeild estemate scale anyone?

Im sure this is a question asked alot, but I cant seem to find a good "estimate" scale.

Me and a buddy were talking and trying to guesstemate an approx yeild x light/wattage x space x medium/nutes.

now before you cruicify me, I am fully aware that different strains yeild different quality and quanity. But juuuuust for the sake of conversation...what SHOULD a mediocre decent grower be yeilding from say a indoor 4x4x8, 600w hps, organic soil medium with proper fert feedings. just a run of the mill setup, nothing fancy, just for a guideline to see what a round about quantity is.

All depends man.. Try practicing low stress training or screen of green techniques to dramatically increase your yield ..

In that space with a single 600w light focus on quality plants not numbers. You will yield more with only the plants that will receive enough light rather then a bunch of under lit plants that are crowded. One or two girls that are pampered will yield more final product
