Day 18, they are bushing out nicely, all showing sex. The branches are starting to stretch up out of the shade. I hope they slow down now that they are in the direct light.
I have the light about 20" above them. I might bring it down a little but they seem to be ok for the time being.. I'm thinking one more week and I'm flipping otherwize I'll have major height issues when the stretch starts.

So, you use water from your aquarium? Is this ok to do? I had thought about it but wasnt sure if it would be ok for the plants, fish poop and all! We have a 55gal fish tank that we change the water in all the time. Would be nice to make use out of it!

Well you see my plants.. They love it. I use the fish poop, and I wash the filters out on the water. I have 2 filters on my 55g and one of them is a aquaclear and it has the 4"x4" sponge, I squeeze all the shit out of that into the water too. When I'm done the water is brown..
Your biosystem turns fish waste into ammonia and the bacteria eat the ammonia and turn it into nitrates (nitrogen) so you are giving your plants highly oxygenated water with a good kick of N. PLus whatever else is in the fish poop... It's good.

Is there any special care I should take with the tank and chemicals should I decide to go the fish water route? I've been putting aquarium water conditioner in at water changes and once in a great while the fish need some ick removal stuff. Nice plants!

I'm not sure about the Malachite Green (ich cure) I know it can wipe out your aquariums beneficial bacteria. If you use that I would wait until you've done a few water changes and filtered the water with carbon before you use it in plants. Water conditioner will not hurt them any though.

Looks real nice. Kinda makes me want to get a fish tank lol...always wanted one. I just started a medical grow as well. I got 6 Bubba Kush clones going. They are on day 2 of their new 7 gallon pots...day 6 total from the breeder. If you have time to check it I would appreciate any comments. Keep up the good work!! Cheers

I don't know if it's worth it to get an aquarium just for your plants lol. There are people who use aquaponics which is a hydro style system with fish swimming around in your root balls lol. Fish tanks can be a pain in the ass though...
