this is the thread for all your football needs college or NFL and also fantasy league talk.

my favorite teams are the vikings and rams the vikings already failed me this week hoping the rams can win tommorow versus the giants.

stay on topic football and only football

also for college im a die hard Oklahoma sooner fan.
 
Saints/LSU fan till i leave this earth. i like the charger and packers besides my saints, but the charges are fuckin up

i know im a cardinals fan now that p.peterson and early doucett play for em. i know i damn near died a few years ago when they were talkin about sellin the saints to another city
 
49ers here... heartbreaking loss, but use to it. Same old story, same old problems. Only thing that made me happy today was Raiders failing in much of the same fashion the Niners did.
We have a lot of rebuilding, but were looking better.

Obviously, why else would I admit these are my favorite teams...:mrgreen::eyesmoke:

We knew we sucked back then...at least I did...but now it's a diff. team
...best team in over 50 years IMO...so just keep watchin...9 straight wins against good teams and we're just getting started

...no,...well,yes,... it is the Lions...they need all the help possible!...come on, they sucked for so long, ALL games count for them...even pre-pre season agains themselves should count


...just the fact that they're not back peddle'n into -200 yards games is a plus

I actually enjoy Stafford & the progress they've showed. It's not easy to transform an 0-16 team to an actual contender within 2-3 years.
Most teams take years to rebuild, especially after shit like an 0-16 season.
Detroit management has done a fine job.

If I remember correctly Detroit was 4-0 (in preseason) the season they went 0-16.
Perfect example of how preseason can't be counted for squat.
But I do understand where Detroit fans are coming from.

AP was looking much better this week! McNabb in the first half, too. I still have faith we can put together an OK year. I'm excited to see what Christian Ponder has to offer. I'm a HUUUUGE FSU fan (I know, we lost, but it was a good game!!), but I like what Ponder was doing there. I think he could be the future there.
