Should Prostitution Be Legal?

if they had brothels where the girls got checked for STDs and there was security so its not dangerous, i dont see a problem with it. maybe even make the people that come in have an STD check within the last 6 months.

I think guys who go to those places should be check for stds like what are the going to take her blood be for each customer ?? no that guy befor you could gave just giving her Aids than bam you got Aids your playing basket ball with Magic Johson in a funder raiser to try and live one more year all because that dude right in front of you had to Aids everhting up and you just know hes probley on the team with you ...

Prostitution should absolutely be legal I've written many papers on this topic. In countries where prostitution is legal the STD rate is lower on average, it also decreases rape rate, if that isn't reason enough than I have no idea what is.

Jesse Ventura tried to pass legalized prostitution while he was Governor, he claimed it would lower prostitution levels on a metro level drastically. Which is absolutely true! People need some sex man give the weirdos some sex, tax it and make it safe! Not that hard of a concept.

Sure there's the risk of disease. Wearing a condom helps but it's not a sure thing. If people understand the risks and want to do it anyway, why not? We let people drive, drink, own guns...

the way it is now there is more risk haha. if people risk pickin up nasty bitches in some alley they wont have any problem with a girl thats tested and has a bed. not to mention no fear of getting arrested
